Overview A leading, manufacturer seeks an Engineering Manager to own maintenance strategy and lead a multi-site team. You'll drive OEE, minimise downtime, and deliver machinery upgrades that improve safety, performance, and cost efficiency-operating credibly from shop floor to board level. Key Responsibilities Leadership: Lead and develop the Maintenance Team; allocate daily tasks; ensure tooling, spares and resources; manage training/competency with HR.
