Working with installation teams to support with communication and ensure an efficient handover. Working with the junior Production Admin to ensure items are ready for the install team. Support with the planning for distribution to the installation network and ensure logistics are arranged accordingly, in close collaboration with the Project Team. FINANCIAL & COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT Ensure projects are run to their maximum efficiency with regards to lead times, material selection, quality control and wastage with attention to brand identities & sustainability.
