Our team handles a wide range of Family Court hearings, primarily care proceedings and related matters, delivering high-quality advocacy and ensuring continuity of representation for our clients throughout their cases. In this role, you will undertake a variety of hearings, including contested matters, final hearings, and emergency or short-notice hearings. While some hearings will be conducted remotely, you will also be required to attend hearings in Reading, Slough, and occasionally London or other court centres. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent standard of service, so you will be expected to bring both strong advocacy skills and a client-focused approach to your work. Job Purpose To provide a range of high quality legal services to ensure the delivery of best value services to the Council and its partners Main Duties and Responsibilities 1.
