The successful candidate will play a key role in conducting ecological surveys, producing reports, and providing ecological advice, toolbox talks, watching briefs and support to our vegetation management operatives and clients. The role will involve working on various projects across Wales and England, focusing on ECoW work, UK habitat surveys, BNG and protected species surveys. A good understanding of relevant legislation, including the Wildlife and Countryside Act and the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations. Excellent report writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences. Strong project management and organisational skills.
