You will be responsible for managing inbound interest, running thoughtful discovery, supporting security reviews, identifying usage patterns in large accounts, and partnering closely with our CEO and Head of Business Operations to shape our early GTM approach. You'll also collaborate to improve enterprise readiness and gather valuable feedback from technical buyers. Support technical evaluations and product workshops. You'll help teams of all technical backgrounds understand Raycast's capabilities, navigate AI features, extensions, admin controls, and security settings, and ensure they get the most value from the product. You will be a great fit if You have experience in PLG or developer tools environments. You've worked at companies like Notion, Vercel, Figma, Linear, Sourcegraph, Replit, Airtable, or similar product-led, technical tools.
