PainterX1 End of Tenancy PainterWe are looking to recruit an end of tenancy painter to work in X1 residential and student properties throughout Manchester and Salford. - Painting walls, ceilings and woodwork in residential and student properties to a high standard
- Completing cosmetic remedial works after leaks have been repaired
- Assisting with basic end-of-tenancy maintenance issues, such as resealing showers, replacing toilet seats and building furniture (all training provided)
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring every job is completed to a high standard
- Full UK Driving Licence (access to own vehicle preferred, but not essential)
- A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for a physical, hands-on job
- Ability to work primarily independently, as well as being a strong team player.
- Good organisational skills needed to manage workload and calendars efficiently.
