Duties of the role include: Responding to leads generate by on-line adverts ( email & phone ) Acting as the point of contact for customers Discussing individual requirements for each client Up-Selling additional products Identifying additional leads Customer Service Ideal candidates will have experience of working in a sales / customer service style role, and be used to working with IT Packages such as WORD, Excel and Outlook. This is an office based role where you will join a small but growing team based in central Huddersfield. Free Parking is available. This is a permanent position where you will be expected to work 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. In return you can expect a salary of 30k + dependant on previous experience.
