Chef de Partie Family-Owned Restaurant We are actively seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade, creating exceptional dishes in our family-owned restaurant. You will work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Prep Chef to ensure the highest standards in food preparation and service.
Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the brigade in the smooth, safe, and efficient running of kitchen operations
  • Help develop creative menus and support high-quality service
  • Provide feedback from colleagues and guests to the Sous Chef
  • Support daily ordering while managing stock, menu planning, and business levels
  • Ensure the kitchen meets company standards for cleanliness, stock control, and work prioritization
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in a similar high-quality hotel or restaurant environment
  • True passion for food, with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • Thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines
  • Commitment to the high standards of a luxury establishment
  • Creativity, innovation, and attention to detail
