About the Role:
This role is aimed at early-career candidates or those looking to move into aviation safety. You will support the Safety Management System (SMS) while developing skills through an apprenticeship pathway.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with safety report processing and documentation.
• Support data analysis to identify trends and risks.
• Help maintain safety procedures and compliance records.
• Support internal investigations and regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to safety promotion and company initiatives.

Requirements:

• Interest in aviation safety or engineering.
• Some exposure to regulations or quality systems preferred.
• Willingness to learn and complete apprenticeship training.
• IT proficiency for basic reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications:

• HNC or equivalent industry experience/apprenticeship.
• GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
• Aviation safety training or apprenticeship is a plus.
