Key Requirements - Minimum 10 years' experience in retail pharmacy operations, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Proven track record of multi-site management and delivering commercial and operational improvements. - Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen. - Deep understanding of pharmacy operations, regulatory frameworks, and supply chain processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to drive change, implement processes, and deliver results in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
