Learning Support Assistant

• Creating a positive, inclusive and nurturing EYFS learning environment

• Supporting children with early communication, social skills and independence

• Assisting with play-based, creative activities tailored to early years development

• Helping deliver phonics, early literacy and early numeracy support

• Building trusting relationships with children, staff and families

• Genuine passion for early years education and child development

• Patience, resilience and a warm, caring approach

• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff

• Experience with children (school, nursery, childcare or similar) preferred but not essential

• Enhanced Child-Only DBS (or willingness to apply)
