About The Role Accountability for 4 produce manufacturing sites, ensuring consistency, safety, and efficiency across the operation. Full end-to-end P&L management for the Produce division Develop and execute strategic plans to optimise operational efficiency and drive business growth Overseeing the weekly production and despatch of 8 million+ packs across multiple product categories and 150 SKUs. Direct management of 4 Site Managers, overseeing a total workforce of 2500 colleagues. Collaborating with Trading, Retail, and Online teams to develop exciting industry leading growth plans that enhance financial performance and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
