• Lead by example, maintaining the highest kitchen standards and food quality
• Be passionate about cooking great food, ensuring every dish meets our exacting specifications
• Manage excellent stock control and food safety practices
• Inspire, motivate, and develop your team, helping them reach their full potential
• Be the creative force behind in-house specials and menu innovation
• Take overall responsibility for daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent excellence and 5 food hygiene standards
• Deliver impeccable presentation and timing, ensuring every dish leaves the pass perfectly
