- Due Diligence
- Construction Monitoring
- Contract Administration
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Dilapidations & Exit Strategies
- Party Wall matters (experience welcome but not essential)
- Delivering professional and project-focused services from start to finish
- Preparing clear, concise technical reports and client recommendations
- Building strong client relationships and supporting repeat business
- Degree-qualified Building Surveyor with MRICS status
- Experience across commercial professional and project-based work
- Strong technical and analytical capability
- Confident communicator with client-facing presence
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-led approach
