Private Client Lawyer
Location: West Dorset
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:15 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: From 50,000 (dependent on experience)

The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional law firm for an experienced 'Private Client Lawyer' to join their newly expanded office in West Dorset. As part of a private client team that spans from apprentices and trainees to highly seasoned senior lawyers, you'll work alongside legal secretaries and paralegals who play a vital role in the firm's collaborative culture. The team places a strong emphasis on knowledge-sharing and delivering exceptional service to clients.

What You'll Do
Manage a broad caseload of private client matters with confidence and technical proficiency.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
Contribute to business development and the strategic planning of the department.
Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to share best practices.
Work independently while also providing mentorship and support to junior members of the team.

What We're Looking For
At least 5 years' PQE in private client law.
Deep technical knowledge across a wide range of private client issues.
Proactive, client-focused mindset.
Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
A genuine interest in business development and collaborative working.
