Your new role Understanding, consolidating, analysing and communicating financial information relating to our group, to both internal and external audiences. Provide technical advice on a range of technical accounting issues. Contract - 12 months Location - Heathrow (Hybrid 3 days from office & 2 days from home per week) Rate - Flexible (Inside IR35) Accountabilities Consolidation of group financial results (including all departments, subsidiaries and associates).Preparation of the Annual Report and Interim Management ReportsPreparation of the monthly cash flow actuals and managing the inputs across the businessDeliver technical accounting updates on new accounting and financial reporting developments.Responsible for reporting subsidiary financial information to subsidiary Boards, Leadership Team and Company Secretaries.Preparing impact assessments on changes to accounting standards and developing implementation plans for those impacting the Group.Support the FA team by performing technical research, analysis and drafting technical papers where appropriate on emerging technical accounting issues.Prepare statutory accounts for centrally managed subsidiaries.
