Senior Town Planner Belfast Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience Our client, an established environmental and planning consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Senior Town Planner to join their Northern Ireland based team. The successful Senior Town Planner will be responsible for the successful delivery of a variety of applications mainly within the renewables sector. Experience: Ideally candidates will have a significant experience of preparing planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and liaising with clients, land owners and developers. Applicants will ideally have consultancy or house builder experience however local authority backgrounds will also be considered.
