HR Administrator
13.50- 14.50 per hour (DOE) + holiday pay
Swindon, Wiltshire
Temporary assignment for 4+ weeks

Are you an experienced HR Administrator who is immediately available and looking for your next assignment? If so, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

We are working in partnership with our client to recruit a proactive and detail-focused HR Administrator to join their established team. In this role, you will provide a flexible, effective, and efficient HR administration service, supporting colleagues and managers across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process employee personal details, contract changes, leavers, and absence records
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files
  • Manage and update the in-house HR system
  • Support colleagues with sickness and absence management
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR function

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous HR administration experience is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with a methodical approach
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Access to your own transport is beneficial due to the client's location

Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
