What you'll be doing:

• Leading short, medium, and long-term planning for your store's success
• Creating an inspiring environment through thoughtful layout, product mix, visual merchandising, and service
• Growing commercial performance, improving how the store runs, and managing budgets
• Overseeing day-to-day activity while delivering key projects and initiatives
