• Complete a structured training programme to develop felt roofing skills.

• Work at heights safely and follow all health and safety procedures.

• Progress from in-house training to practical on-site experience.

• Continuously develop skills throughout the trainee period.

• Must be aged 21 or over due to insurance requirements.

• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn a skilled trade.

• Able to work well within a team and follow instructions carefully.

• Full UK driving licence.

• No previous experience required.

• Full in-house training provided by experienced professionals.

• Comprehensive Health & Safety training meeting all industry standards.

• Progression to on-site work following training.

• Incremental pay increases after successful completion of each training stage.

• Use of a company van after the training period.
