Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing restaurant team.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, and inventory.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menus and maintain high standards of food quality and service.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior hospitality role, ideally as General Manager or Restaurant Manager.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
  • Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
