Academics are recruiting a SEMH Support Worker for SEN schools and provisons to provide vital guidance and support.
Responsibilities of a SEMH Support Worker:
- Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
- Deliver interventions to improve confidence and self-regulation.
- Work 1:1 or in small groups to promote engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies.
- Monitor and report progress to senior staff.
