Part-Time Monday Friday

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a warm, enthusiastic Level 2/Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and well-established early years setting in Chelmsford. This is a part-time role across Monday to Friday, ideal for those seeking a flexible working pattern.

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support children aged 0 5 and help create a positive, engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment

  • Supporting and delivering activities based on the EYFS

  • Observing and contributing to children s development

  • Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

  • Supporting children s personal, social and emotional development

  • Following safeguarding, welfare and health & safety procedures

  • Working collaboratively within a supportive team

What We re Looking For

To be successful, you will need:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare

  • A genuine passion for early education

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A nurturing, proactive and positive approach

  • Availability to work part-time hours Monday to Friday
