Taymer is a welcoming care home dedicated to providing high-quality care and comfort for our elderly residents. We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Cook/Chef to help deliver exciting, seasonal menus that bring variety and enjoyment to our residents dining experience.
About the Role:
2 days per week (including some weekends)
Shift hours: 7:00am 2:30pm
Starting salary: £13.50 per hour, negotiable depending on experience
Enhanced overtime rates available for additional shifts
What We re Looking For:
Experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable but not essential
Good written and verbal communication skills
A strong team player who works well with others
Reliable, organised, and able to work well under pressure
Flexible and able to adapt to individual resident needs
Willingness to undertake relevant training and qualifications
