Our Client, a reputable family run business based in Lancing, West Susse x are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their senior leadership team, to facilitate the smooth running of the company every day. You will have Senior management responsibility for the operations department of the company, driving profitability and productivity through careful cost management and implementation of more efficient processes.
