This is an exciting opportunity to lead Agile delivery within a secure environment, working closely with technical teams, programme leadership, and customer stakeholders to deliver critical IT capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful Agile delivery across Programme Increments while acting as the key interface between the Development Squad, Project Managers, and Business stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with the customer to agree deployment schedules for each Programme Increment and ensuring compliance with governance processes. Driving effective communication and collaboration across multiple delivery teams. Taking accountability for the delivery of the Core IT Platform, including the design, build, and stabilisation of Factory, SIT, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
