What You'll Be Doing Leading and embedding a business-wide Quality strategy Driving quality culture, engagement, and ownership across delivery teams Supporting and developing Quality Managers and future talent Translating management systems and standards into practical, site-ready processes Owning audit programmes, digital quality standards, and best practice Acting as a trusted advisor during project mobilisation and complex quality issues Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Providing quality input into bids and pre-construction where needed What We're Looking For A senior Quality professional from construction / infrastructure Strong operational credibility - comfortable engaging with site and delivery teams Background in Lean, CI, or operational quality improvement is highly desirable Deep understanding of management systems, standards, and assurance Energy, presence, and passion for quality - you lead through influence, not enforcement Formal qualification in construction or quality (CQI / Chartered pathway a plus)
