The Workshop Controller will oversee a team of HGV technicians and support staff, drive performance standards, and ensure vehicles are maintained to meet operational and legal requirements. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in managing a busy HGV workshop or similar fleet maintenance environment. Strong technical knowledge of HGVs, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
