This hands-on role requires deep technical competency, project experience, and a proactive attitude, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency in the company s IT environment. As part of IT Operations, you will collaborate with stakeholders and lead efforts to design, build, and implement solution architecture. The company is shifting toward a more mature enterprise IT framework, leveraging Microsoft 365 and Azure (with AWS experience as a nice-to-have). Key Responsibilities Provide 3rd-line infrastructure and security support, ensuring system reliability and cybersecurity best practices. Design and implement cloud-based and on-premise IT solutions, supporting Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. Collaborate with 1st and 2nd line engineers, offering mentorship and technical leadership. Drive solution design, IT operations, and network security in an enterprise-level setting. Oversee Active Directory (AD) conversion, ensuring seamless integration into the IT environment. Work within a customer-facing role, ensuring IT systems align with business needs. Participate in infrastructure transformation initiatives, aligning with enterprise-level standards. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks while implementing risk mitigation strategies. Key Requirements Proven experience in senior infrastructure and security engineering roles. Strong technical competency in cloud and cybersecurity, ideally within an enterprise or SME environment. Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking (AWS is a plus). Experience in solution architecture, IT operations, and infrastructure design. Practical experience in cybersecurity, system design, and infrastructure architecture. Capable of rolling up sleeves and leading projects from conception to implementation. A background working with large-scale IT environments.
