Job description The role of CNC Turning, setter operator will include the following duties: _ Program Jobs unaided from drawings using Fanuc Control _ Load tooling with correct offsets _ Upload Programs _ Run the jobs to completion to our exacting standards The ideal candidate will: _ Have proven experience of programming, setting and operating Turning machines using Fanuc, Haas or Mazatrol controls _ Be able to demonstrate the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. _ Ideally having an engineering apprenticeship, however, experience is the overriding factor. _ Overtime/additional hours may be required, depending on the workload of the business. _ Be able to work well on their own as well as part of a team. _ Producing high-quality work to fine tolerances. _ Professional and self-motivated attitude. _ Good organisational & time management skills.
