Job Introduction We are currently recruiting for a Retail Manager to join our Toyota Dealership in Grantham. Excellent package includes the use of a company car and an OTE of £62,000. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am- 6pm, Saturday 9am- 5pm, Sunday 10am- 5pm. You will be working a rota, Monday to Friday with a day off in the week and every other weekend off. Role and Responsibilities Within each of our dealerships we have specialists who can guide and offer customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle financing and insurance requirements. As a Retail Manager with Listers you will grow all aspects of sales gross profit, specialising in finance, insurance and value added products. You will be at the core of customer enquiries and assist in developing the sales team. Discussing the financial requirements of our customers. Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
