Develop and optimise machining processes for CNC milling and turning (lathes)-from method selection to cycle-time reduction and quality assurance. Own CI projects with defined baselines, targets, and benefits tracking (cycle time, scrap, changeover, right-first-time). Provide hands-on floor support for setup issues, technical bottlenecks, and process deviations. Train operators and setters on new processes, programs, fixtures, and best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Design, Quality, and Maintenance.
