Typically, packages are anywhere between 10 m - 30 m and can go beyond this on infrastructure schemes. This contractor has a 130 m turnover and has experienced sustained annual growth- even during the last couple of years which have been particularly challenging. Quantity Surveyor to assist site and project managers and the clients in the identification and recording of variations. Along with understanding the key financial risks and opportunities associated with the Contract(s) and taking all necessary measures to mitigate risk and enhance opportunities the Quantity Surveyor will also report back to the business on the status of these.
