There are roles available across multiple Seeker programmes, from those in the early concepting phase (including developing groundbreaking technologies like Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESAs) and highly integrated multi-mode sensors), through assessment and development phases (such as Future Cruise Anti-Ship Weapon FC/ASW) and, supporting spiral development on our in-service phase Seekers. Senior Electrical Design Engineer Location: Farringdon, London (3 days office/2 days home) Salary: £60,000 (flexible for the right candidate) Benefits: To be confirmed A well-established building services consultancy in Central London is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical designs across predominantly residential projects, with exposure to commercial schemes. The Role You will be heavily involved in RIBA Stages 3-4 , producing detailed electrical designs and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical compliance and smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop electrical building services designs across RIBA Stages 3-4 Produce detailed drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD and Revit Undertake lighting calculations using Dialux or Relux Prepare Electrical O&M manuals and technical submissions Ensure compliance with British Standards and UK Building Regulations Coordinate with mechanical, structural and architectural teams Attend client and design meetings Support delivery within agreed timelines and budgets Requirements Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical or Building Services Engineering Proven experience in electrical building services design Strong residential project experience (commercial exposure desirable) Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Experience with Dialux or Relux Strong knowledge of British Standards and UK regulations Excellent communication and coordination skills This role offers genuine progression and the opportunity to work on high-quality London-based developments. ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
