You will work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals, ensuring safe, person-centred care that makes a genuine difference to residents' lives. What We're Looking For You must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN. Previous care home experience is desirable but not essential. Most importantly, you will bring compassion, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering care that enhances quality of life.
