Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Supreme Recruitment are expanding! We are an independent recruitment company specialising in Factory and Warehouse recruitment, both temporary and permanent positions.

To help support our ongoing growth, a position has become available for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

In this exciting and varied position, your duties may include:

- Sourcing and interviewing candidates for Industrial & Warehouse based jobs - pay rates £12.21 - £16 per hour

- Reference checking candidates before sending people to work

- Client Liaision - booking candidates in to work, updating on interview progress,

- New business sales - cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, data work

- Keeping up to date wth the latest industry trends

- other duties as reasonbly required

What are we looking for in the successul candidate?

- At least 2 years sales experience (telephone based)

- An excellent attitude to work.

- Excellent punctuality and attendance

- A willingness to learn

- Full, clean UK Driving Licence

- Be tenacious and able to take rejection

- Looking for a long term career in recruitment

Hours of work: (Apply online only) Mon-Fri (overtime should be expected as busier times, especially September - December)

Pay: Dependent on experience, in region of £26-£30,000 per annum. You will also be entitled to bonuses/ commissions on your work - unlimited!
