The Ideal Candidate: Experience: 3+ years in a senior trade sales or showroom environment (e.g. KBB, Electrical, or Builders Merchants). Digital Savvy: Comfortable using social media apps (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok) and basic photo-editing tools to promote the business. Communication: Able to switch effortlessly between "trade talk" with a plumber and "design talk" with a homeowner. Local Knowledge: A resident of or familiar with the Black Country trade landscape.
