Groundworks Quantity Surveyor requirements: Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar qualification and relevant experience. 4+ years' experience working on Groundworks and Civil Engineering projects within the residential sector. Tier 2 experience, managing self-delivery Groundworks and associated packages (drainage, utilities, landscaping and earthworks) under JCT contracts. Self-sufficient, able to manage projects from start through to Final Accounts. Strong cost management, forecasting and reporting experience. Happy to be office based, with visits to site as required.
