About the role: The purpose of the Trailer Fitter role is to maintain, service and repair HGV trailers to ensure the fleet remains safe, roadworthy and fully compliant with DVSA standards, minimising downtime and supporting on-time deliveries to customers. Welding and fabrication (MIG) experience would be advantageous. A full UK driving licence is required (HGV C+E desirable), along with being authorised to work in the UK. You will be reliable, flexible and a strong team player with good communication skills and a positive can-do attitude. Candidates must be free from asthma or respiratory conditions due to the workshop environment. Personal hand tools are required, with major equipment and PPE provided.
