Do you have experience delivering lessons in teachers' absence and leading booster sessions to raise achievement?

Academics is working with a forward-thinking Primary School in Greenwich to recruit an enthusiastic and confident HLTA. You will support teachers across various year groups, so strong curriculum knowledge and a proactive, supportive attitude are essential.

The successful candidate will have:

• HLTA qualification

• Experience working in a primary school setting

• Strong behaviour management skills

• The ability to work effectively under pressure

• A clear understanding of safeguarding and child welfare responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills and an approachable, inspiring manner

• The ability to consistently support high-quality teaching and learning in the classroom
