Proven culture of internal progression many senior leaders started as Support Workers or Deputies. About the Role Lead with empathy, accountability, and resilience - ensuring exceptional care tailored to each child's individual needs. Create and maintain a safe, positive, and stable home environment. Support and empower your team through coaching, supervision, and professional development. Oversee safeguarding, compliance, and quality assurance to meet and exceed Ofsted standards. Manage budgets, care planning, and occupancy with a focus on outcomes and sustainability.
