Support the annual budget and rolling forecast processes, challenging assumptions around volumes, headcount, and revenue delivery. Work closely with the central finance team to support the preparation of monthly management accounts, providing operational insight and meaningful variance commentary. Maintain a forward-looking view of risks and opportunities against forecast, particularly around volumes, client performance, and workforce planning.
