You will oversee site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure projects are delivered safely, in line with all health and safety regulations and company procedures. Monitor project programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved. Manage project budgets and work closely with the commercial team to control costs. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Chair progress meetings and provide regular project updates to senior management. Identify and manage risks and resolve issues that may impact project delivery. Ensure high standards of quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within a main contracting environment. Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle from pre-construction to completion. Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations within construction. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project management.
