This role will play a key part in designing, engineering and integrating cloud-based platforms within a hybrid environment, supporting a high-profile digital transformation programme. Key Responsibilities . Liaise with vendors to design, manage and engineer the implementation of CCaaS and D365 platforms. . Support the mobilisation of the project in collaboration with core teams and third-party suppliers. . Define and document business and technical requirements for migration, overseeing integration with CCaaS and D365 components. .
