Operations Manager

Operations Manager Key Responsibilities

• Lead production and warehouse teams, ensuring targets, quality, and compliance are consistently met
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and resource optimisation
• Develop, mentor, and engage teams to build a high-performing and collaborative culture
• Maintain food safety standards and collaborate with Quality Assurance to protect product integrity
• Oversee operational performance, budgets, and key business metrics, reporting to senior leadership

Operations Manager Key Requirements

• Proven operational management experience, in Fresh Produce, FMCG, or Food production
• Experience in managing budgets and applying effective management practices across operations
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and approachable style
• Commercially aware with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
