About the Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you ll play a vital role in leading and mentoring a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care for children in our Nottingham home. This is a low-risk, nurturing environment focused on emotional wellbeing, routine, and personal growth not a setting where you face aggressive behaviours daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support residential care staff to deliver child-centred care
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards
  • Support the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Foster positive relationships and emotional wellbeing for children
  • Collaborate with management and external professionals to coordinate care

What We re Looking For:
