We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal/Team Assistant based in Cambridge for one of our clients on a FULL TIME PERMANENT basis.
Summary of the Paralegal/Team Assistant role
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Location: Cambridge
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday Friday 9am-5.30pm
Responsibilities of the Paralegal/Team Assistant
- Providing support to the team with client work
- Proactively manage your own caseload
- Meeting and greeting clients and handling telephone calls
- Dealing with new enquiries, financial managements and administration aspects of client matters
- Diary and inbox management
- Managing electronic documents
Requirements for a successful Paralegal/Team Assistant
- Previous Paralegal experience
- A good understanding of the Solicitors Accounts rules
- Advanced IT skills
- Attention to deal and excellent communication skills
- Calm under pressure
