Job Description: Mechanical Project Engineer Location: Southeast UK Permanent/Contract Overview Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Project Engineer to join their project delivery team supporting clean water and wastewater infrastructure projects . This role is essential to the successful design, coordination, and delivery of mechanical engineering solutions that meet client operational and technical requirements, particularly for Thames Water and Southern Water projects. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (civil, electrical, and mechanical) to deliver integrated, cost-effective engineering solutions. Conduct site visits to liaise with clients, assess project requirements, and perform detailed site surveys. Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications, and drawings in line with client and company standards. Attend regular client and internal meetings (e.g., design reviews, progress updates, hazard reviews). Provide technical support during the construction and commissioning phases.
