Trainee Paint Sprayer

Pro-Found Recruitment are recruiting for a Trainee Paint Sprayer for our client located in Sheffield.

• Hours:Days - Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4pm & Friday 7:30am- 1:30pm
• Rate of pay: 12.21 per hour
• Contract: Temp - permanent with the opportunity to develop within an expanding business
• Start date: ASAP

Trainee Paint Sprayer Duties to include with training and ongoing support;

• Preparing timber products ready for the spraying stage of the manufacturing process (sanding, priming and top coating)
• Using water-based paints and stains
• Use of spray guns (air assisted)
• Work to tight deadlines to meet the demands of the business whilst maintaining quality control

Trainee Paint Sprayer Criteria:

• Previous experience in manufacturing is essential to be considered for this role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work alone and as part of team to achieve production targets
• Familiar with hand tools
• Physically able to move and lift doors
• Some experience and or knowledge of spraying processes preferred but not essential
