The Role: As Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all finishing trades to ensure high-quality standards are met across luxury residential projects. You will play a crucial role in managing teams, liaising with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the developer's exacting standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all finishing trades on-site, including painting, joinery, tiling, and other fit-out works. Ensure work is completed to a high standard, reflecting the quality expected in luxury developments. Plan and coordinate daily activities to meet project deadlines. Work closely with the site manager and project teams to resolve issues promptly. Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
